Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for consultation packages purchased from Detoxificationra through detoxificationra.shop. Our services include the Morning Rhythm Session (€95), Full Day Architecture (€199), and Evening Wind-Down Blueprint (€75), as well as any follow-up support included with these packages.

1. Nature of Our Services

Detoxificationra provides personalized consultation services focused on daily routine optimization. Because our services involve scheduled sessions, customized routine blueprints, and professional time allocation, they differ from physical goods and are subject to specific cancellation and refund rules outlined below. This policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our consultation team while complying with applicable Finnish and European Union consumer protection regulations.

2. Right of Withdrawal for Distance Contracts

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union and you book a consultation package online or by phone without meeting us in person at the time of booking, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act and EU Consumer Rights Directive. For service contracts, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion, unless the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully completed.

If you request that we begin providing the consultation service during the withdrawal period, you will be required to pay a proportionate amount for the services already rendered up to the point of withdrawal. 3. Cancellation Before Your Scheduled Session

If you need to cancel your booked consultation before the scheduled session date, the following terms apply:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: Full refund of the package price, or alternatively, free rescheduling to a new date within 90 days of the original booking.
  • Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled session: 50% refund of the package price, or free rescheduling to a new date within 60 days of the original booking.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: No refund is provided. You may reschedule once to a new date within 30 days of the original booking for a rescheduling fee of €15.
  • No-show without prior notice: The full package price is forfeited with no refund or rescheduling option.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details on our website. Cancellations are effective from the time we receive and confirm your request.

4. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. Detoxificationra offers the following rescheduling options:

  • First rescheduling request made at least 24 hours before the session: Free of charge, subject to consultant availability.
  • Second or subsequent rescheduling requests: A €10 administrative fee applies per change, unless the rescheduling is due to illness or emergency circumstances communicated to us with reasonable notice.
  • Rescheduled sessions must take place within the timeframes specified in Section 3 based on when the original cancellation or rescheduling request was made.
  • Follow-up calls included in the Full Day Architecture package must be used within 60 days of the initial session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation by Detoxificationra

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule your session due to consultant illness, unforeseen office closure, or technical issues preventing remote session delivery. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional cost. We are not liable for any indirect costs you may incur due to our cancellation, but we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your schedule.

6. Refunds After Session Completion

Once a consultation session has been delivered and your personalized routine blueprint has been provided, the service is considered substantially performed. Refunds after session completion are generally not available. However, if you believe the service was not delivered as described in your package, you may submit a written complaint within seven days of your session. We will review your concern and, if we determine that the service materially failed to meet the package description, we may offer a partial refund, a complimentary follow-up session, or another remedy at our discretion.

7. Package Upgrades and Credits

If you purchase a focused consultation package such as the Morning Rhythm Session or Evening Wind-Down Blueprint and later decide to upgrade to the Full Day Architecture package within 30 days of your initial session, a credit of €30 will be applied toward the upgrade price. Upgrade credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Package downgrades after purchase are not available, but unused sessions may be rescheduled in accordance with Section 4.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are typically processed within fourteen business days of approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

9. Digital Materials and Session Documents

Upon session completion, you receive personalized routine blueprints, checklists, and tracking templates as part of your consultation package. These digital materials are custom-created for your individual use and cannot be returned in the traditional sense. If a refund is approved under the terms of this policy, you agree to cease using and delete any digital materials provided during the refunded session.

10. Disputes and Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our cancellation, rescheduling, or refund handling, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly. 11. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We may make exceptions to this policy in cases of documented medical emergencies, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. Such exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and do not set a precedent for future requests. Corporate or group bookings may be subject to separate terms agreed in writing at the time of booking.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on detoxificationra.shop with a revised date. The policy in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that specific purchase unless changes are required by law, in which case the updated policy applies prospectively.
